With most litters, the clean litter should be below the suggested line. This fixes the issue a lot of the time, even when it doesn’t look to full -make sure the bot is not touching the wall or anything else -make sure the bonnet is on correctly and seems tightly snapped -make sure the bag is hooked on the 4 notches, below the tray.The litter is above the fill line or in excess of 10lbs. The cat sensor has not been reset after adding weight. The waste drawer has too much weight. The unit is sitting on an uneven surface - grout lines on a tile floor or in a bathtub. The unit is pushed into a corner, against a wall, or furniture. Follow the video except that instead of replacing the sensor just take one of the pinch terminals and plug the wires you disconnected into each end of it.
